“It’s like trump cards, but with politicians.”

Mantri Cards™ is a top trump-style card game that uses the information on 100 Members of Parliament (MPs) from the 17th Lok Sabha, and 8 unique power-cards to alter gameplay.

We partnered with Besides to help visualize the game– illustrating 100 portraits of MPs, designing the packaging and overseeing print production of the final product.

From the muted pastel colours to the illustration style, the design has been carefully and neutrally considered, so as not to exaggerate or embellish any detail. The game is informative and fun, while the deck as a whole is designed to be durable and easy to carry, wherever you go.

A Friendly Guide To Our Elected Politicians

The idea behind this game is to cultivate curiosity about the political landscape of India, to learn more about our leaders and the administrative system at large. This can open channels for informed discussion, not just for the politically-inclined, but for anyone who wants to be an active and aware citizen.
